Who we are
We are operators, not advisors. Every senior on our team has shipped systems they were on call for. That changes what we recommend — and what we refuse to recommend.
We work in small, embedded squads — usually two to five people — alongside your engineers, not parallel to them. The goal isn't a final report. It's a system in production and a team that can extend it without us.
